Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Yenvora, an AI Front Office platform for customer conversations, WhatsApp Business workflows, shared inboxes, automations, AI assistance, commerce workflows, and related services.

Use of the Service

You may use Yenvora only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, communication rules, Meta and WhatsApp policies, consent requirements, and third-party platform terms.

Customer Responsibilities

Third-Party Services

Yenvora may connect to Meta, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Resend, AI providers, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. Yenvora is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy decisions, account restrictions, or API changes.

AI Features

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular context. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-assisted content before sending it to customers or relying on it for business decisions.

Data

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Data Deletion Instructions.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or product development.

Intellectual Property

Yenvora and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Yenvora or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their customer data and content, subject to the rights needed for Yenvora to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yenvora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Yenvora after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
