We watched brilliant businesses run their entire operation through a founder's personal WhatsApp — orders in voice notes, follow-ups in screenshots, revenue leaking through missed calls at dinner time. The tools built for them were either enterprise contact centers (too heavy) or chat widgets (too shallow).
