Effective date: July 6, 2026

Yenvora is an AI Front Office for customer conversations. This Privacy Policy explains how Yenvora collects, uses, stores, and protects information when businesses use our website, application, WhatsApp Business API workflows, shared inbox, automation, AI assistance, and related services.

This policy is intended for customers, workspace users, website visitors, and people whose conversations are processed by a business using Yenvora.

Information We Collect

Account and workspace information

We collect information needed to create and operate a workspace, including names, email addresses, roles, login information, organization details, preferences, and support communications.

Customer conversation data

When a business connects communication channels, Yenvora may process messages, sender and recipient identifiers, phone numbers, names, profile information provided by connected channels, attachments, labels, notes, assignments, conversation metadata, delivery status, and related activity logs.

Meta and WhatsApp Business data

If a business connects Meta or WhatsApp Business assets, Yenvora may process WhatsApp Business Account IDs, Meta Business IDs, app IDs, phone number IDs, display phone numbers, verified names, template metadata, webhook events, delivery receipts, and API credentials required to operate the integration.

Commerce and integration data

When commerce or third-party integrations are connected, Yenvora may process customer, order, product, cart, campaign, and workflow data required to provide the connected functionality.

Usage, device, and security data

We collect logs and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, pages viewed, errors, API activity, and security events to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

AI Processing

Yenvora may use AI features to draft replies, summarize conversations, classify intent, suggest actions, or support automation. Customers control whether and how AI features are used in their workspace. We do not sell customer conversation data. Where third-party AI processors are used, they are used to provide the requested service and are subject to contractual and technical safeguards.

Sharing and Subprocessors

We share information only as needed to provide and secure the service, comply with law, or follow customer instructions. Relevant providers may include infrastructure hosting providers, email providers such as Resend, Meta Platforms for WhatsApp and Messenger services, Shopify or commerce providers when connected, analytics and security tools, and professional advisers.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and enforce agreements. More detail is available in our Data Retention Policy.

Data Deletion

Customers and authorized users may request deletion of workspace or personal data. People who interact with a business using Yenvora should contact that business first; Yenvora acts as a processor for customer conversation data. Meta-related data deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion Instructions.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. More detail is available in our Security Overview.

International Processing

Yenvora may process information in countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. To exercise rights, contact privacy@yenvora.com. If your data is controlled by a business using Yenvora, we may refer your request to that business.

Children

Yenvora is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
